Mindbody alternatives: what the published fees show
Short answer
- PushPress is the only vendor here with a complete published software + card/ACH schedule. Its three plans list plan price, card rate, ACH rate and a $0.30 per-payment fee.
- Mindbody does not publish its plan prices above the entry level or its processing percentage, so a like-for-like Mindbody total cannot be calculated from its page.
- This is a fee comparison, not a feature ranking. Setup, add-ons, contracts, migration and booking workflows are not compared.

How do Mindbody alternatives compare on published fees?
No single published total answers that across this list. A vendor can show the lowest software fee and still cost more once processing is added, and several of these vendors do not publish processing at all. The table separates what is published from what is missing.

How does PushPress compare with Mindbody?
PushPress is the only one of these vendors whose page supports a full software-plus-processing calculation. At 120 members paying $120 a month with 85% by card, its published schedule produces $709.20 on Free, $565.80 on Pro and $618.66 on Max. Mindbody has no comparable total from its page because the plan price above entry and the processing percentage are both unpublished.

Which alternatives publish processing rates?
PushPress publishes card and ACH percentages for all three plans. Mindbody publishes a fixed per-transaction range and says a percentage also applies, but does not publish that percentage. Gymdesk, Zen Planner and Glofox did not have usable processing rates on the pages checked October 24, 2026. On the pages checked October 28, 2026, TeamUp, Kicksite, WellnessLiving and Momence did not publish one either; Wodify’s pricing page FAQ gives only “as low as” card and ACH rates that vary by subscription package and country, and Hapana publishes per-tier rates but quotes its subscription. A software-only row therefore cannot be treated as a complete monthly cost.
What can’t these published prices tell me?
- Features and fit: booking, class packs, retail, reporting, member apps and integrations are not compared here.
- Contract and migration costs: term length, cancellation, payment-token migration, retraining and member churn are not priced.
- Add-ons and setup: vendors list some add-ons or setup separately; those are not included unless the page states a price.
- Mindbody’s total: without a plan quote and processing percentage, any Mindbody total would be invented. Use a real quote on the audit to model a floor.
What should I ask before switching from Mindbody?
- Is the quoted software price complete? Ask whether onboarding, add-ons, hardware, messaging or branded-app fees are extra.
- Who holds the merchant account and what processing rate applies? Mindbody publishes a fixed per-transaction range but not its percentage; PushPress publishes card and ACH rates.
- Does the contract auto-renew, and what are the cancellation and notice terms? Get the term in writing before signing.
- Can I export member records, payment tokens and attendance history? Ask about the format and any export fee.
- How is an “active member” counted for bracket pricing? Ask what happens when the gym crosses into the next bracket.
