Mindbody pricing: what’s published
Short answer
- “Starting at $79/mo” for North America and Asia. Plans above it say “Let’s talk”; no processing percentage is published.
- App new-client fee: 20%, capped at $30, on a first purchase only.
- No complete Mindbody total is possible from the page; the audit shows a floor with your own quote.

|---|---|---|
| Mindbody | Entry price 'starting at' $79/mo (North America and Asia); the plan table shows 'Let's talk' for Starter, Accelerate and Ultimate. Mindbody Payments adds a rate (not shown) plus a fixed fee per transaction; the Mindbody app charges a new-client fee on a first purchase. Exact wording: “Starting at $79 USD/month (North America and Asia)” “a payment processing rate plus a fixed fee of $0.10 to $0.30 (in North America and Asia) will apply per transaction” “The fee is 20%, capped at $30 USD (or 30 in local currency), and only on the first purchase for someone new to your business.” | www.mindbodyonline.com/business/pricing checked October 24, 2026 |

What does Mindbody’s app fee add per new client?
fee = min(20% × first purchase, $30)
first purchase $100 → $20.00 | $150 → $30.00 | $400 → $30.00 (cap)
On the page’s own wording this applies only when the app delivers a client you would not otherwise have received, and only once per client.
Why there’s no Mindbody total on the calculator: without the plan price and processing rate, any total would be invented. Add your own processing quote on the audit to see a floor.
